Raspberry Muffins

2 C. flour
1 C. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cube melted butter
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. frozen raspberries, slightly thawed
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla and butter together. Stir in dry ingredients (batter will be thick). Fold in berries. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Dip warm muffin tops in sugar.
